Experienced Real Estate Agent - Commission Only Position

Responsibilities:
Listing and Selling Properties: Utilize your expertise to list, market, and sell residential and commercial properties within the expansive region we serve - from Noosa, north through to Gympie, south down to Yandina, and everywhere in between.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the buying and selling process.
Market Research: Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and competitor activities to advise clients accurately.
Negotiation: Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure favourable deals for both buyers and sellers.
Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listed properties and attract potential buyers.
Networking: Attend industry events and engage in networking activities to expand your client base and stay connected within the real estate community.
Requirements:
Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of successful real estate sales experience & the ability to work on a Commission Only basis (having proven to have met MITA requirements)
Real Estate License / Certificate: A valid real estate license or registration certificate for the state of QLD.
Local Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Noosa Hinterland market and surrounding areas.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and proactively drive sales initiatives.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using real estate software and technology for property listings and customer management.
Results-Oriented: A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Geographic Flexibility: You are not restricted in the areas where you can sell. We service everywhere from Noosa, north through to Gympie, south down to Yandina, and everywhere in between.
