Over 2014, our office saw outstanding success including the launch of 550 Dulwich Hill in December with this project now being 50% sold with further exchanges pending.
Additionally, Raine&Horne Projects handled the marketing and sale of Gateway Apartments in Earlwood. The highly successful campaign saw record sale prices achieved for the suburb, with prices exceeding well above our clients expectations. The campaign ran over two stages. The first stage saw 50% of the apartments sold off the plan. A sales suite was situated at the Raine&Horne Projects office, allowing buyers to view the floor plans, CGI’s and a finishes board. Stage two of the campaign saw a re-launch of the project as completion of the development was near. Our well planned marketing campaign resulted in an overwhelming number of buyers who attended the final release. Open for inspections were conducted at the property in one of the completed apartments. The project is now 95% sold, with only 2 apartments remaining.
Our comprehensive databases consists of investors, financial planners and home buyers seeking quality new units and town houses in sought after locations across the Sydney metropolitan area. Many buyers have missed out on securing apartments in recently sold projects and we now have a long list buyers ready to act at price points between $450,000 and $2,500,000.
