- Databases contain many 1,000’s of referrer contacts such as brokers, buyers agents, accountants, conveyancers and international agents.

- Further there are a total of 15,000+ contacts that are made up of past buyers, past buyer enquiries, landlords, high net worth investors and the like. These contacts are current with those who are no longer looking to receive information being able to unsubscribe. This is not a number embellished, it consists of current contacts who want to receive the information.

- Speak with well over 1000 prospective buyers each and every week looking for property in Sydney to both live in and invest. Our team is constantly engaging with your primary target markets.

- Consists of Raine&Horne Projects, Raine&Horne Commercial South Sydney / Inner West & Raine&Horne Marrickville.

- Regularly work with key developer contacts to source sites in both on and off market transactions.

- Is the strongest real estate group in Sydney’s Inner West and Eastern Suburbs. We have excellent relationships and flow of buyer referral throughout the groups top operators.

- Have offices in 70 suburbs across Sydney. That’s 70 locations from which our agents are attracting and engaging property purchasers, 70 rent rolls each which would consist of high net worth investors, ‘Mum & Dad’ investors & the like, and probably a total of 240-260 sales consultants not including support and property management staff. In total there are 300 Raine&Horne real estate agencies across Australia.

- Consists of 30 International Offices 16 of which are situated in Asia. Our consultants understand the importance of harnessing relationships with business operators and consultants in key international locations.

- Provide excellent support from head office including promoting opportunities through their databases and networks, providing marketing resources, supporting launches, circulating press releases.
