Launched from a cold start with no rent roll or sales stock, the business quickly grew through what Sam describes as:

Today the business has grown incredibly, their market share is significant, and now they are one of the first calls in Wetherill Park. With the stability of Property Management (they’ve added a brand new Property Management listing every five days from the first day of opening) the business continues to be a thorn in the side of the competition.
However, not content with what they’ve achieved in such a short space of time, Sam is confident that the next five years will be even bigger and better for the team, adding:
“I want to hit 75% market share and triple my staff turnover before perhaps looking at a second site for my next office.”
