I recently bought a home in Darraby Drive, Moss Vale. My Agent was Alexander Kolovos. I come from the Hill and Hawkesbury areas in Sydney. I’ve lived in several homes in these areas in the last 40 years and have dealt with many agents over the years. I also worked in property management (commercial) with my fathers business. We dealt with many agents there also. In my total experience with real estate agents, I would have to say the Alexander Kolovos is right up there with one of the best. Alexander is polite and respectful to his clients. He listens to the client, doesn’t chatter on asking too many questions of the client when they are viewing the property. When a purchaser is viewing a home they need time to take in what they are viewing. Alexander is there when you need him, but not in your space though. By the same token, he’s not far away when you need him. That’s a fine art to do, and to do it respectfully. On follow up after viewing, offers, exchange, cooling off, everything, Alexander is right there, ready to call you back promptly, find out information for you, check with the vendor on any queries. I could not compliment Alexander more. He has been top class looking after myself during the process of buying. He has been astute enough to show care to me, moving from the city, not knowing anyone or anything in the area. Alexander has been extremely helpful in that vein as well, letting me know any information I have asked about in the area.
