Suzanne Carter

As a local of the Bungendore / Braidwood region, Suzanne made the move from Sydney's Hills Shire with her family to live on our 100 acre hobby farm located in between Bungendore and Braidwood and has never looked back.  Passionate about the local area, and a mother of three, Suzanne cannot imagine living anywhere else since the family made the move to live their dream lifestyle.  

Suzanne's experience spans 20 years in the residential, rural and property development industry at senior management and director level including multi-national development organisations, private building companies as well as project marketing and real estate organisations covering commercial, residential, regional and rural property.  

Suzanne holds a Tier 1 real estate and stock and station licence, strata & community licence as well as an Accredited Auctioneer all of which makes her a well-rounded and knowledgeable property professional with extensive sales and negotiation experience as well as effective property marketing skills.
