Since joining Raine & Horne St Marys in 2009, Jack Turner who is the second son of the proprietors, Vince and Therese Turner has mastered all aspects of the real estate business, from accounting through to advertising, marketing, and strata and property management—all leading to his role as a highly successful sales agent.

Jack has a record for achieving more than the asking price every time for townhouse and strata vendors in the St Marys area. Because of his extensive back-office experience, he excels at guiding vendors through the entire sales process, explaining each step along the way.

In particular, his experience with strata management sets him apart from other sales agents. “Strata sales can seem intimidating, but because of my background in strata management and sales, I can explain everything and help buyers do the numbers,” says Jack. Because of his property management experience, this true all-rounder can also help investors by advising on rents and drawing up tenancy agreements.
