Ashleigh considers excellent customer service to be a core responsibility and is a results-driven staff member who always goes above and beyond for her clients.

Former roles in hospitality, teaching and property brought her into contact with a broad section of the community and as a result she is an affable and consummate communications professional able to quickly assess/process a problem and offer solutions-focused advice.

Ashleigh prides herself on the priciples of honesty, integrity and transparency.

Prior to joining the Raine&Horne team, she ran a family day care business and it was these priciples, coupled with her strong work ethic, that saw her named a finalist in the Family Day Care Australia "Educator of the Year" awards.

Real estate however is in her blood, as is the love of mastering and learning new skills.

Previous sales and commercial property management roles provide Ashleigh with an extensive knowledge of the real estate market in Sydney but keen to expand her skills and expertise, she has entered the holiday management sector with Raine&Horne Coastal.

Relocating from South-West Sydney in 2018, Ashleigh could not be happier with her choice to raise her young son on the Central Coast.
