We First met Geoff in 2016 at the very first open home that we inspected in the Toowoomba North Market, which now looking back at it was over 2 years ago. Finally in November this year we settled on a property in North Toowoomba where we began our initial search over 2 yrs ago with the first real-estate agent we Met. We negotiated on a happy price point to my understanding for the seller and the buyer and the settlement was a smooth as it could be, and even though our property was at the lower end of the $200K purchase price we still received a bottle of Champagne and a kind letter from Geoff. If given our time again we would do nothing differently, and we hope to buy through him in the future. ”
