Who we are
Managing Director

Randolph boasts over 45 years in real estate, with 24 years as a franchisor Director with EJ Doherty Pty Ltd, the largest real estate network and most dominant network of its time, and now nearly 25 years as the Master Franchisor and owner of the Raine&Horne Network in Victoria.

During his career, Randolph has owned and operated several of his own and very successful real estate businesses and has overseen the opening of multiple real estate offices across Victoria. Randolph has traversed the ups and downs of the property market and the Australian economy, providing him with a wealth of knowledge and experience.  

Randolph has continually proven his determination to succeed in business and is a well-respected figure in the Victorian real estate industry today.

Approachable and motivated is an understatement for Randolph. He is the true definition of the saying, “go above and beyond”, with as much energy today, that he had when he was 35 years of age. Just ask anyone who knows him. 

Randolph has always talked about where he gets his inspiration and motivation to continue, despite whatever hurdles or obstacles he faces in life, and this inspiration come from his father. A man of great wisdom who very shortly turns 103.

Outside of work, Randolph enjoys relaxing on the Mornington Peninsula with his wife and family over a glass of red wine and delicious food and enjoys a game of golf whenever time permits, as Randolph played off a 3 to 5 handicap for many, many years and is not prepared to say what the handicap has slipped out too. He is a member of the world-renowned Kingston Heath Golf Course, rated number 2 in Australia.

Co-Director

Bart has been involved in property since 1998, starting as a Lawyer in Sydney and has been in close contact with the real estate profession for over 24 years.

It was in 2010 that an opportunity arose to lead a team of Commercial agents opening the office of Raine & Horne Commercial Sydney CBD in Clarence Street Sydney.

Bart continues to work in the Commercial space as a property manager and business owner and has stood the test of time to create strong relationships as a business owner and director.

In 2011 it was a meeting where Bart Rando and Robert Dodaro had met with Randolph Clements to develop a strong business relationship with Randolph, to become fellow directors and owners of Raine & Horne Victoria. Such a friendship has remained staunch and shows Raine & Horne as a continuing force in Victoria.

Bart has continued to remain active in the Victorian market as a real estate trainer and RTO owner offering quality education to Estate Agents throughout Victoria.

Bart still enjoys listening to music on YouTube and marvelling at all the musicians who have inspired him in striving for perfection and quality.

Co-Director

With over 30 years’ experience working in the real estate industry, Robert has an extensive background in property development, acquisition and sales as well as a strong legal background. He has previously held the position of Director of Raine & Horne Commercial Sydney and is currently a co-director of Raine & Horne Victoria. 

Robert has a strong history of re-positioning assets to deliver strong results for investors. 

Robert has negotiated many significant sales and leases throughout the Sydney area and consults with the heads of major corporations, public institutions and regulatory authorities on a daily basis. 

Group Manager

Emily started her journey with Raine&Horne Victoria back in early 2016 and is an integral part of the Victorian team.

She works collaboratively with Directors of each Franchise providing both support and training on all Raine&Horne’s systems and products and is involved with the growth and development of new offices, as well as the preparation and execution of franchise documentation. 

Emily is strong and diligent in all her interactions and ensures every ‘i’ is dotted and every ’t’ is crossed. 

Prior to Emily’s career in real estate, she gained experience in customer service, management, and relationship building.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband, staying active, and drinking an Aperol Spritz or two while cooking up a storm in the kitchen!

Director of Business Development

James has worked in the Real Estate industry for over 9 years and has gained experience in both Sales and Business Development. His skills range from business development strategy and implementation, sales methodology, marketing strategy development, team leadership and more. With James' skills and knowledge, his focus is on strategically targeting areas across Victoria to grow our Network.

James’ motivation comes from his passion and love for the Victorian Real Estate market. Having been fascinated by the timeless Melbourne architecture since a very young age, James is more than happy to “chew your ear off” about the history of many of the amazing historical buildings.

Outside of work, James loves to visit his local museums and wine bars.

Office Administrator

Shani joined Raine&Horne Victoria in 2012 and is an integral part of the Victorian team today.

Having over 16 years’ experience, her role encompasses all aspects of general administration and account keeping. Her development and growth came about with great dedication, focus and a dogmatic approach to her responsibilities.

Her friendly and professional manner is an attractive feature whilst dealing with the Victorian Network at large, and reporting to the Board of Directors.

Outside of work, Shani enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and has a passion for music and dancing.

Social Media & Content Producer

Teresa is an important part to Raine&Horne Victoria’s team, especially in today’s everchanging digital market. She is a dedicated marketing professional with experience in the social media space, graphic design, photography and more.

Teresa assists with managing the Victorian Network’s social media accounts and works closely with Directors and their teams to ensure both highly relevant and engaging content is created to be shared with each office’s local community and followers.

She oozes creativity and has an imaginative and unique mindset. In addition, Teresa is a hard worker and can handle multiple projects at one time.

Prior to Teresa’s venture with Raine&Horne, she gained experience as a graphic designer, executive assistant, and marketing coordinator, which has given Teresa the work ethic and skills she possesses today.

Outside of work, you can find Teresa keeping active, exploring what Australia has to offer and sharing a cheeky drink or two with friends.

Passionate about unlocking new avenues in business development, I've recently embarked on an exhilarating journey at Raine&Horne's head office.

Eager to dive into the dynamic world of real estate, I bring an innovative approach, determination, and a keen eye for opportunities to drive growth and create meaningful impact. Thrilled to be part of this esteemed team, I'm poised to contribute my skills and enthusiasm to elevate our collective success.
