Raine & Horne set to Amplify New England property markets

DECEMBER 11, 2018

Prominent Glen Innes real estate agent, Nellie Hayes has today opened Raine & Horne Glen Innes and will immediately use Amplify Australia's most advanced property marketing technology that reaches more buyers by identifying their online behaviour and profile

Angus Raine, Executive Chairman, Raine & Horne, explains, “Amplify uses Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and the Google Ad network to target more active and passive buyers who are increasingly using social media platforms.

“This is a real game changer for our offices and their vendors as it is putting their property listings in front of many more eyeballs not only in their local patch but right across Australia.”

Ms Hayes, who is born and bred in the New England region, joins Raine & Horne after working with another real estate network where she was restricted to selling rural property only.

Before her real estate career, Ms Hayes was a private property investor. The mother of four also operated a boutique online business marketing children’s merchandise globally for six years. The business was complemented by a bricks and mortar store located in Glen Innes, which enabled Ms Hayes to develop wide-ranging sales and marketing skills and excellent local community contacts.

"Selling rural properties is my passion and joining the Raine & Horne family has given me the opportunity to expand into residential sales and property management," Ms Hayes says.

“Raine & Horne has given me the opportunity to operate across a broad section of the New England region.”

Given the broad region she plans to serve, Ms Hayes is excited by the extensive marketing reach offered by Amplify.

“Amplify will give us a massive advantage over the marketing technologies offered by our competition and will help our vendors achieve the best price possible for their properties.

“We don’t just advertise properties locally and Amplify's greater reach will put a Glen Innes property or Armidale dress circle home into the social media feeds of buyers around Australia.

According to Ms Hayes buyers range from tree changers seeking 3-hectare lifestyle farms to major corporations in search of 5,000 hectares to meet the mounting global demand for wagyu beef.

“We have plenty of buyers from nearly every state looking to shift their operations to the New England because of the above average rainfall our region enjoys.”

Ms Hayes will lead sales and marketing, while Leisa McMahon is responsible for property and office management. Raine & Horne Glen Innes has also hired an IT manager to oversee its delivery of Amplify as well as its industry-leading systems and processes.
