A born and bred ‘Brisbaneite’ Chris lives and breathes the Bayside area.  He and his family live in the beautiful suburb of Lota, with his children currently attending local schools, following closely in their father’s footsteps.

Selling Real Estate is in Chris's blood.  His mother, Margaret Vote, Raine and Horne Wynnum/Manly Principal, was an early influence in developing Chris’s passion for the property Industry.  Over a decade later, he has paved his own path as a high performing agent and works tirelessly to support and guide his sellers through the exciting, and sometimes challenging, world of Real Estate.

Chris’s experience and knowledge of the Property Industry goes further than just selling houses.  He has a thirst for knowledge when it comes to property conveyancing and the more intricate details around selling. He is passionate and extremely hardworking in his field.

Dedication and hard work have determined Chris's sales success over the past decade. He has achieved a “Suburb record” by over $400,000 and a number of street records for his sellers. He and the Raine & Horne Wynnum/Manly team have sold in excess of $120 MILLION DOLLARS worth of property in the last 18 months alone.

His peers would describe him as sincere, with a genuine interest in making sure his vendors best interests are first and foremost.  Chris understands that selling property is more than just a transaction between buyer and seller, he endeavours to ensure his clients are fully informed, prepared and supported throughout the whole sales process.

Outside of Real Estate, Chris’s other great love are his partner and 3 children and his beloved cricket.  Chris has represented the Wynnum Seagulls for over 20 years in Indoor Cricket, and proudly Captained them to a National Title in 2017. Also, representing Queensland at both Open Men’s and currently in the 35 men’s division.

He is also currently a sponsor for the Wynnum Seagulls, Australian Institute of Policing (AiPol) and Down Syndrome Queensland, where you will find him volunteering his spare time to the amazing Down Syndrome Community.
