Amplify exceeds predictions after 1,000 listings

Sydney, NSW (2 May 2018) Earlier in 2018, Raine & Horne launched Amplify, an exclusive social media platform aimed at reaching active and passive buyers.

At the time, Angus Raine, Executive Chairman of the Raine & Horne Group, explained that the success of the product in other countries was a significant reason his firm adopted the technology developed by Danish company CCT.

Rolling success

Raine & Horne commenced the rollout of Amplify in February. The software uses social channels including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ad Network and LinkedIn for commercial property.

Since launching three months ago, over 1,000 listings across the Raine & Horne network have used Amplify, noted Mr Raine.

He said, “The results have been exceptional. The average reading time is more than 2 minutes, and the click-through rate is 12%, compared with a real estate industry average of 1%.

"In almost every situation the page views from the Amplify programme has exceeded the page views from every other property platform."

More significantly, over 8 million Australians have been exposed to the Raine & Horne brand with over 1 million taking the time to review a property on

Dashboard a gamechanger for vendors

A recurring theme has been the reaction by our vendors to their “Dashboard” which is updated each hour and describes the activity that their property is generating and even identifies buyer groups. 

Our agents are excited about the results to date and we are planning to provide Amplify for all listings including sales and property management. We have just launched the “sold” application, and we are trialling “agent profiling.”

Amplify is proving to be a real gamechanger for our network, as the process is seamless, said Mr Raine.

"All our agents must do is select the appropriate package, approve the ads, which are provided as part of the programme, identify the key markets where they want to attract buyers, and then respond to an enquiry from a buyer.”

Raine & Horne has made some adjustments to its CRM and website to cater for the increase in traffic, as already many of its offices are recording a direct improvement in their SEO and website traffic that in some cases has increased by over 1,700%.

For example, Raine & Horne Marrickville, one of the group's best performing offices for appraisals, sales, and listings nationally, has recorded a 7-fold increase in buyer enquiries.
