Real estate is about so much more than houses - it’s about families, retirees, investors and first home buyers – above all else, real estate is about people. I believe that connecting with people on both a personal and professional level is the essence of success in such a challenging industry. Outstanding results are a natural product of strong relationships, attention to detail and superior client care. Since joining Raine & Horne Batemans Bay in June 2018, these core beliefs and values form the basis of my passion for real estate and are the driving force behind the ongoing success of my team - settling 47 homes for the year and setting a new suburb sales record of $1.64 million for Surfside.
Over a decade in real estate sales has brought many personal accolades including runner up for the International Best New Talent Award in just my second year in the industry followed quickly by entry into the prestigious Captain’s Club for the top 15% of agents internationally. While it’s always fantastic to be recognised for excellence and achievement, it’s the day-to-day processes of building relationships, building client/buyer trust and maintaining a strong reputation that motivates me and my team. It is my goal to continue raising the standard of the real estate experience through innovation and tailor-made client services.
My commitment to real estate has always been strong and in 2014 I took advantage of an exciting opportunity to spend two years away from the industry expanding my skill set and broadening my knowledge of the finance industry in a new role as bank manager for one of the big four banks. This has given me invaluable experience with the lending and finance that inevitably go hand in hand with real estate and adds yet another element to our team’s already impressively diverse skill set.
With a distinct lack of buyer-focused service in the local real estate industry, I recently expanded my team to include Clarinda Campbell as a dedicated sales associate. Clarinda brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience and adds an extremely potent third dimension to my sales team, focusing solely on finding and matching the right buyer to the right home. Combined with the attention to detail and clinical efficiency of my personal assistant Jo-Ann Phillips, we are redefining what it means to be a real estate agent.
