‘Real estate isn’t about houses it is about people’
This quote sums up perfectly why I have such passion for my work within the real estate industry. I have always felt at home when working closely with people and combining the joy of forming close knit relationships as well as my love for business and design has meant I easily maintain a high level of enthusiasm and motivation which is an essential ingredient for success within this challenging industry.
I started my journey into real estate sales at the age of 22 . Within 2 years I was runner up for International Best New Talent Award and then during the next 6 months gained acceptance to the Captains Club sales chapter top 15% of agents internationally. Only 6 months later I then gained acceptance into the elite Multi Million dollar chapter top 7% of sales agent internationally and I maintained this sales level finishing up in early 2014 settling over 68 properties locally within 12 months. I was also awarded ‘Best Business Growth’ and the “Top Gun Award’ during my time with this Agency as well as completing my real estate studies achieving the qualification of a Licensed Real Estate Agent.
In early 2014 I was offered the opportunity to Manage one of the big four banks in both Batemans Bay and Narooma. I felt it was a great opportunity to learn the finance and banking industry which is so closely related to real estate. Whilst I enjoyed my time within this industry, after the birth of my daughter and some time away the call of real estate was too strong and I returned in August 2016.
I then joined another in Batemans Bay for a great start back into real estate sales. Whilst I loved my time with them as my business started to grow new opportunities lay ahead.
I am now coming up on 12 months since joining the award winning market leader Raine & Horne Batemans Bay. Since joining this amzing company, I have sold 34 properties and set a new career and suburb record for Surfside, with an auction result of $1,640,000. I have now expanded my team to three people to ensure my clients are getting the very best service and results in the Eurobodalla Shire.
