Hi Marianne,

I was going through all my rent statements for my previous rental property in Sunshine Bay for tax purposes when I realised that I did not email you after the tenant vacated to thank you. I intended to do so but in the whirl of moving, with all that moving involves, I must have overlooked it.

I just wanted to thank you for managing my property while it was rented out. I was very impressed with the excellent and professional service that I got from you and all of Raine & Horne. You always kept me informed and explained things fully and nothing was too much trouble.
