Your professionalism and strong understanding of our requirements meant that viewings were always worthwhile and undertaken at times when I could travel to Batemans Bay. Buying from a distance away is not always easy and I appreciated your local knowledge, use of technology in sending photos and the time you spent filling me in on local areas.

I also appreciated the time you took to ensure the purchase continued to go smoothly when we were away on our trip. It was lovely to return and find that the purchase would happen as scheduled.
