Bathurst Market Update July & August 2018

Grant brings us a quick update on where we are in the Bathurst Property Market.

The Raine & Horne Bathurst office has exchanged 40 properties over the previous two months.

We had two record sales during this time, both located in newer estates in Kelso.

We've also seen a large number of land sales, with an influx of availability, a great option for people wanting to build in Bathurst.
