Bathurst Regional Council has engaged Architects Allen Jack & Cottier  to develop a draft Master Plan for the Bathurst town centre.

The proposals laid out in the Master Plan encompass a 7 block radius and will, one way or the other, impact on all business' in the CBD and, by extension, residents and customers patronizing those business'

The architects have developed a range of concepts for consideration in the Master Plan process. We encourage interested parties to view the he draft concepts being considered here

When the draft Master Plan is received in the coming months, Council will consider the matter and the draft Master Plan will be placed on public exhibition for feedback and further consultation will be undertaken with businesses and the community.
