Market Update January/February 2018

Off to a flying start in 2018! 

We’ve had a busy start to the first quarter, with 19 sales in January and 17 in February. Property prices ranged from $200,000 to $1.5 million

Auctions through the month have worked very well, with the pressure to commit, the team are achieving a lot of sales before the auction date, making both our vendors and our purchasers very happy.

We were very excited at Raine & Horne to receive the top awards in Bathurst from RateMyAgent. The Agent of the Year Awards are the largest real estate awards in Australia using real customer reviews and recommendations. What an honour!
