Raised on a rural property on the outskirts of Bathurst, Chris' love for the land and the local community is only matched by a select few.

Chris, his wife and three children still live in his original family farmhouse, where they maintain a productive farm. As a farmer, Chris understands the intricacies of rural property and can empathise and relate to the needs of rural property buyers and sellers.

With this in mind, it's no wonder Chris was an instant success as soon as he walked in the doors in 2002. In addition to Chris' keen understanding and love for the land, his easy-going nature and down-to-earth approach laid the foundations for his success in the rural real estate industry.

Throughout his tenure here at Raine & Horne Bathurst, Chris has positively impacted hundreds of clients' lives and has also formed lasting relationships with people throughout the community. Chris' mixture of easy-going yet diligent has also seen him admitted to the Raine & Horne National Chairman's Club, an achievement extended to only the best people within the Raine & Horne network.

While Chris' involvement in the sales of large and small acreage properties occupies much of his time, he also sells residential properties throughout the Bathurst region and, over the past 20 years, has developed some expertise of his own in the residential real estate market.

Chris' cheerful nature and infectious joy extend beyond his work in real estate and flows into his passion for motorbikes. Before joining Raine & Horne Bathurst, Chris sold Harley Davidsons for eight years and still retains an interest in racing dirt bikes as a keen member of the Woodstock Cowra Motorcycle Club.
