This one has been meticulously cared for and the recently renovated kitchen and added storage is definitely the highlight. Our owner loves cooking and you can see the thought that has been put into the design.

Up the timber stair case are the three bedrooms. The master is ensuited and the main bathroom is also upstairs. Guests are able to use the powder room downstairs and this design is by far my favourite for functionality. All rooms are generous and bright and are air conditioned.
The garage is a remote lockup with plenty of space for one vehicle plus storage and conveniently provides internal access to the townhouse. Great for security and staying out of the weather while bringing in the groceries!
Holding costs are low and with two other owners occupying the other townhouses the body corporate is straightforward. Ideally suited to downsizers but first home owners would be encouraged to come along.
I know you read ‘get in quick’ in a lot of ads but really… get in quick. Townhouses are few and far between and one of this calibre will not last.
