Managing Director, Vic Fasan, has worked in Real Estate in the Fairfield/Cabramatta area for over 25 years and has accumulated a wealth of experience in all avenues of Real Estate.

In 1989 he purchased Direct Real Estate, an agency, which had been established in Cabramatta since its inception in 1968. The company was and still is well known and highly respected in the community and under the directorship of Vic Fasan, expanded and continued its growth to include all aspects of real estate.

In 1994 in order to continue its progress and expansion the company became a member of the Raine & Horne network. By doing so we are now able to offer our clients a much wider scope of services and are able to take advantage of the networks considerable resources and expertise.

Our sales division consists of 5 highly experienced sales people dealing with the private sector and larger government bodies. Bilingual in a variety of languages such as Cantonese, Mandarin, Teo Chow, Vietnamese, Cambodian, Assyrian and English, our sales team is highly customer focused and performance driven.
