Carina agent youngest to win prestigious award

Raine & Horne Carina
real estate agent Jaimee Faulknor, 27, has beaten some of the biggest names in Queensland real estate to win Raine & Horne’s prestigious 2009 Top Agent Dollar Value Award, making her the youngest person to win the award.

She was presented with her trophy at the recent Raine & Horne QLD Annual Awards Night in the Grand Ballroom of The Hilton, Brisbane last month.

Additionally, Ms Faulknor is a member of Raine & Horne’s exclusive Multi-Million Dollar Club and is consistently in the top five salespeople in Raine & Horne QLD. With knowledge and experience beyond her years, Ms Faulknor was appointed sales manager in June 2006.

She has a Real Estate Sales Certificate, Certificate IV in Real Estate, Full Real Estate Agent Licence, Certificate IV in Financial Services and recently completed a Diploma in Financial Services. She has also received intensive real estate negotiations training.

Adding to her diverse skills, Ms Faulknor also has an Advanced Diploma of Visual Communication and Advertising Design completed at Design College Australia, along with six years in the customer service and sales industries.  This training and experience have combined to make her one of Raine & Horne’s top sales people.

She said she was thrilled to be recognised for her achievements and would continue to strive for excellence.

Her connection with the eastern suburbs is unusually strong, being born and raised in the area she now works in. She loves the area so much she and her husband are raising their own family there.

“I live about 1km from where I was raised. I attended Belmont State School and Cannon Hill Anglican College. As a result, my knowledge of the area is extensive” Ms Faulknor said.

Raine & Horne Carina principal Rod Bradshaw said he was extremely proud of Ms Faulknor’s career achievements and congratulated her on her award.

“Her skill, drive and passion make her one of Raine & Horne Carina’s most valuable sales agents,” Mr Bradshaw said.
