Central Coast real estate firm named NSW’s best for innovation

Terrigal, NSW (10 October 2017) – Raine & Horne Terrigal – Avoca Beach – Saratoga is officially NSW’s most innovative real estate agency, after winning an award at the 2017 Real Estate Institute of New South Wales Awards for Excellence.

Raine & Horne Terrigal – Avoca Beach – Saratoga, which is led by Brett Hunter, has won the Excellence in Innovation Award for the second year in a row.

Mr Hunter has integrated his business with, and helped in the product development, of a big data company Real Insights to create better listing opportunities and an increased understanding of actual market share for real estate agents on the Central Coast and across Australia.

The Eastern Suburbs, real estate powerhouse, was a finalist in the Residential Agency – Medium category. Raine & Horne Newtown was a finalist in the hotly-contested property management category.

The John Greig OAM Community Service award went to Christian Bracci – Raine & Horne Concord, who was a runner-up in this category in 2016.
