What to do if you have a complaint

If you are unsatisfied with any of your interactions with Our Broker we want to know about it and resolve any complaint you have as quickly as possible.

The quickest way to to contact us is to call us on 1800 913 677 and we will attempt to resolve your issue in accordance with our Internal Dispute Resolution procedures. If you are not satisfied with our decision or a decision is not reached within 45 days, you may lodge a complaint with an external dispute resolution scheme which is independent and free to you (subject to its relevant terms and rules) as follows:
