Dynamic duo launches Raine & Horne Wetherill Park

Media release - 7th September, 2015

Superbrand Raine & Horne has launched a new office in Wetherill Park, led by experienced licenced real estate agents (LREs) Sam Ruisi and Natalie Rutonski.

Ms Rutonski started in local real estate in 2000, while Mr Ruisi began his outstanding sales career in 2009. They launched their successful independent business, Dynamic Property Leaders, in 2014, and have now switched to the famous gold and charcoal of Raine & Horne in order to benefit from the 132-year old firm’s strong culture and experienced executive team.

Sam Ruisi (L) and Natalie Rutonski (R) at the opening of RH Wetherill Park, with Arthur Chrisimos and Angus Raine“Operating as Dynamic Property Leaders we decided to test the market and found that by going to listings without a recognised brand we were missing out on some business,” said Mr Ruisi.

“The feedback from potential customers is that they preferred to list their homes with a familiar real estate brand that has plenty of runs on the board.

“It’s for this reason that we decided to link with a well-recognised brand such as Raine & Horne.”

The Superbrand’s excellent engagement from the outset also encouraged Mr Ruisi and Ms Rutonski to establish Raine & Horne Wetherill Park.

“We initially met with Business Support & Development Manager Arthur Chrisimos, who left no stone unturned in helping us through the transition. He held our hands every step of the way,” said Ms Rutonski.

“At the next stage we met with Executive Chairman Angus Raine and CEO Brian Reid, who impressed us and made sure we immediately felt at home within the Raine & Horne culture.

“It was relaxed yet professional and helpful. We’ve worked for other networks and the support wasn’t as good,” said Mr Ruisi.

Raine & Horne’s recent brand refresh and marketing initiatives, such as its industry-leading mobile responsive website, also impressed.

“We like Raine & Horne’s marketing and advertising approach. It’s contemporary, appealing and will help us cut-through in the real estate markets we intend focussing on, such as Wetherill Park, Smithfield, Abbotsbury, Bossley Park, Edensor Park, Greenfield Park, Horsley Park and St John’s Park,” said Mr Ruisi.

“Raine & Horne has a strong presence in western Sydney and its office network in the region is very robust, which is another tick for the group.”

Raine & Horne Wetherill Park will be located at Shop 1e, 1183-1187 The Horsley Drive, Wetherill Park, in the popular Greenway Supacentre.

“We’re in a high visibility location and we intend on really focussing on all segments of the market, whether they be buyers or sellers, which is unique in our market,” said Ms Rutonski, who has won a number of small business and real estate awards previously.

“Buyers are our future vendors and it’s an opportunity to start a longer term relationship with them, which will help underpin our business sustainability, said Mr Ruisi.

“That said, buyers, vendors, tenants, and investors are all of our customers, and we aim to have a good name in our region and be recognised for our reliability, backed by Raine & Horne.”
