Raine & Horne Helensburgh Principal Julie York is among the top 5% of realtors in Australia in terms of customer satisfaction, according to a leading industry website.

Julie has been named Helensburgh’s Agent of the Year by the ratings and statistics website RateMyAgent, which recognises real estate agents and agencies that provide truly excellent client service, based primarily on customer satisfaction.

Clients and customers have consistently rated Julie five stars for customer service, often on the same property.

“We always aim to make it a win-win situation for everyone,” Julie said, adding the award was great recognition for the agency’s commitment to outstanding customer service. 

RateMyAgent CEO Mark Armstrong said the awards were “an honest gauge” of the customer service an agent provides.

“The RateMyAgent Agent of the Year Awards are the only awards which use verified customer reviews and feedback,” he said. “Rather than being judged by industry peers, the Awards are calculated based on the verified reviews that customers provide on the RateMyAgent website.”
