The promoter is Raine&Horne Helensburgh whose registered office is at 1/114A Parkes St, Helensburgh NSW 2508.
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the February/March 2023 incentive.
Participation is available to anyone residing in the Illawarra.
Raine&Horne Helensburgh agrees to contribute to the cost of gardening and cleaning only up to the value of $600.
By participating in this incentive you agree to Raine&Horne Helensburgh approving quotes for cleaning and/or gardening at your property from licensed tradespeople. Once approved and the work completed, all invoices are to be sent directly to the Raine&Horne Helensburgh office or to [email protected] for payment.
By participating in this incentive you agree that the incentive payment can only be paid to the approved tradespeople.
To be eligible for this incentive, participants must list their property for sale with Raine&Horne Helensburgh by 31/3/23.
Closing date for participation will be 31st March 2023 at 11:59 pm AEDT. After this date, no further participation will be permitted unless approved.
Raine&Horne Helensburgh reserves the right to cancel or amend the incentive and these terms and conditions without notice in any event or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Raine&Horne Helensburgh’s control.
No cash alternative to the incentive will be offered. This incentive is not transferable. The incentive is subject to the availability of tradespeople, and we reserve the right to substitute the incentive with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By participating in this incentive, a participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The incentive and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
