Notice to Vacate
We're sorry to see you're leaving, however there are few things we'll need to do before we say goodbye.
Please ensure you email [email protected] with your intention to vacate. Note, you must be listed on the tenancy agreement in order to give the prescribed notice. All notices must be in writing. In your email, we kindly ask that you provide your address, vacate date and the reason you are leaving.
Upon receipt of your Notice to Vacate, we'll send a confirmation email with a checklist of some handy hints to smooth the vacating process.
- At the end of a fixed term lease, you must give a minimum of 14 days' written notice
- After a fixed term lease (periodic/continuation lease), you must give a minimum of 21 days' written notice
- If the property you are renting is currently on the market for sale, you must give a minimum of 14 days' written notice
In the unfortunate case you need to break your lease, please check Clause 51 of your tenancy agreement for the fees included in this process.
