Home sellers the big winners as Raine & Horne launches $100,000* consumer campaign

- Home owners who exclusively list properties with Raine & Horne in NSW, ACT, QLD, WA and NT by 31 November 2014 are in the running

Leading Australian property group Raine & Horne is giving away $100,000* in prizes, including a Mercedes-Benz, to home owners as part of its latest consumer campaign, ‘You’re a Winner’.
Vendors who exclusively list their properties with Raine & Horne’s offices in NSW, ACT, Queensland, Western Australia and the Northern Territory by 31 November 2014 will automatically go into the major prize pool.
First prize is a Mercedes-Benz A-Class A250 Sport, and second prize is a 10-day trip for two to Hollywood with accommodation at the W Hotel Los Angeles-Westwood with $1,000 spending money.
“With the ‘You’re a Winner’ campaign we have a number of related objectives, including increasing the number and rate of listings, attracting quality exclusive listings, creating opportunities to engage with potential vendors and converting appraisals into listings. Finally, we want to inject a little fun into the process of selling property,” said Angus Raine, Chairman and CEO of Raine & Horne.
The campaign follows Raine & Horne’s successful Ducks In A Row consumer campaign earlier this year, which was run in conjunction with financial services firm Your Broker. In that campaign, $50,000 was given away to a lucky home owner who listed their home with the leading real estate firm.
“The Ducks In A Row campaign was a massive success, with appraisals and listings going through the roof in every state, which translated into more sales and greater recognition for the brand,” said Mr Raine.
The ‘You’re a Winner’ campaign will be supported by local area marketing including promotional window cards and digital displays in Raine & Horne offices, DL card promotional drops, as well as digital marketing on key sites, social media and electronic direct marketing. There have also been radio and television advertisements created for the campaign.
As well as automatically going into the draw to win one of the major prizes, vendors will be sent three Raine & Horne instant win scratchy cards. When a vendor scratches a card’s panel and finds three matching prize symbols, they’re an instant winner, with great prizes from JB Hi-Fi up for grabs.
The competition is open to vendors who list their properties for sale with Raine & Horne in NSW, ACT, Queensland, Western Australia and the Northern Territory by 31 November 2014.
