Chloe Collins

Raine & Horne Innisfail

After spending several years in the sales industry, Chloe decided to specialise and follow her passion, dedicating herself to the real estate industry.

With a strong background in property management and then sales administration, Chloe has been involved in all aspects of real estate. The time spent working at the front line of the industry, gave Chloe a clear understanding of the importance of both components of a real estate business, which has led her to be very successful in all areas of real estate.

Chloe’s passion for real estate and desire to be successful in the industry, led her to the decision to open her own real estate business. However, she understood the importance of a strong brand name, with the right attributes at their core, that not only she can trust but that her clients can trust too. The Raine & Horne Group proved to be the strong brand name she was looking for. Raine & Horne is always continuing to provide ‘Positive partnerships’ encompassing 'vendors & buyers’, ‘agents & vendors’, ‘agents & buyers’ and ‘property managers & tenants’.

Growing up in the region and then working in rural and retail industries, Chloe has extensive knowledge of the area and can provide sound knowledge from the Atherton Tablelands to the Cassowary Coast. As the youngest principal in the Raine and Horne group, Chloe is highly motivated and extremely driven to provide the best real estate service her region has to offer.

Chloe takes pride in her high work ethic and strives to achieve the best results for her clients. She is now proud to assure her clients and customers alike, that they will receive an honest and personal service when dealing with her business, Raine & Horne Innisfail.

Chloe spends her spare time reading, photographing the local scenic landscape, spending time in the local community and exploring the area. She says, “Even though I grew up in the area, there is still so much to do and see, I will never be finished exploring our region”.
