Tenant Maintenance

All General repairs and maintenance must be forwarded to the office in writing so we can act accordingly. 

Please provide as much information as possible for the repairs needed.  (Example.  if you have a problem with the Hot Water system is the system leaking or just not heating water?)

Emergency Repairs.

    • Burst water pipe
    • Blocked or broken toilet system
    • Serious roof leak
    • Gas leak
    • Dangerous electrical fault
    • Flooding or serious flood damage
    • Failure/Breakdown of gas, electricity or water supply to premises
    • Failure/Breakdown of an essential
    • Fault/Damage that makes premises unsafe/insecure (Including break-in)
    • Fault/Damage likely to injure a person, damage property or unduly
