Mascot boutique apartments set to fly off the plan

Media release - 6th August, 2015

Investors and owners-occupiers will lead the race for apartments in a brand new boutique off-the-plan development, according to the listing agent, Kip Laverack of Raine & Horne Projects.

Raine & Horne Projects has been appointed by developer United Crib Blocks Constructions to take the One Robey project in Mascot to market on 15 August 2015.

Pre-launch inspections are available for interested parties on Saturday, 8 August 2015 from 11am – 12pm.

“One Robey, which is located at 1 Robey Street, Mascot, is a boutique development of just 18 apartments and it includes an oversized studio, one and two bedroom apartments, and three bedroom split level sky homes,” says Mr Laverack.

The 60.5 sqm studio apartment, which comes with a parking spot, is expected to sell for offers over $590,000, while the two bedroom apartments start from $800,000. The three bedroom, spilt level apartments are expected to attract a price tag in excess of $999,000.

“For owner-occupiers, One Robey is conveniently located near the Sydney CBD, shops, parks, the airport and some of the city’s finest beaches, such as Coogee and Maroubra,” says Mr Laverack.

The build quality of each apartment will also attract buyers with an eye for detail as One Robey has been carefully designed and shaped to create an interior of comfort and convenience.

“The open plan living, kitchen and dining flow effortlessly onto the private balcony, making entertaining a breeze.

“The contemporary kitchen features highlighted by vivid white gloss joinery, Caesarstone counters and Miele stainless steel appliances are set to attract discerning amateur chefs.”

Other features include access to a communal roof top terrace with sweeping views of the Eastern Suburbs. Excellent barbeque facilities and impressive landscaping are among the rooftop’s highlights.

“One Robey’s contemporary features and attention to detail reflect the very best in modern design that will attract buyers with an eye for style,” says Mr Laverack.

Yet owner-occupiers won’t have it all their own way, with investors sure to take an interest in One Robey.

“As well as it being a great place to live, One Robey will also be a great investment. It will be popular with tenants, which will help deliver low vacancy rates and competitive rental returns,” says Mr Laverack.

“If this isn’t enough, shrewd investors will be prepared to jockey for apartments in One Robey to enjoy the significant depreciation benefits attached to new properties.

“With the scarcity of quality, new apartments in Sydney’s inner suburbs, we expect that with investors jockeying with owner-occupiers, the 18 apartments in One Robey will sell like hotcakes given the strength of the property market.”
