Reporting Emergency After Hours Maintenance

If you have an after hours emergency please phone our office number 8328 2108 as this number is diverted to one of our staff members.  Please note the following situations warrant an emergency:

 * Burst hot water service or serious leak

* Blocked or broken toilet (if there are 2 toilets and 1 is working then it can wait until the next working day)

* Serious roof leak

* Gas leak

* Dangerous electrical fault

* Flooding or serious flood damage

* Serious storm, fire or impact damage

* Failure  or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply to the premises

* Fault that makes the premise unsafe or insecure

* Fault or damage likely to injure a person, damage of the premises that unduly inconvenience a resident of the premises.

Any other maintenance should be reported to the office either via email or phone during business hours, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
