Millennial agent leads the way in Queensland

Brisbane, Qld (17 October 2017) – Clare Dawson of Raine & Horne Tin Can Bay is shaping as the leading agent in the Superbrand’s Queensland network.

Ms Dawson, who recently turned 31, and who only started in real estate in 2012, is currently leading the field based on the number of her sales in 2017, and is in the top five for the dollar value of her sales, according to Steve Worrad, General Manager, Raine & Horne.

“Clare’s performance underlines our commitment to recruiting the best and brightest real estate specialists in Queensland and our recent investment in new technology and systems that are creating growth for our franchise businesses,” said Steve Worrad, General Manager, Raine & Horne.

“As the fastest growing real estate group in Queensland, it’s fantastic that some of our best agents reside outside Brisbane. It is proof that our aggressive expansion across the state is producing excellent dividends for our business.”

Ms Dawson is a proven performer within the industry and is consistently one of Raine & Horne’s best sales agents. In 2014, the Tin Can Bay agent was among the group’s top 10 sales agents, a status she has since sustained, according to Robin Creighton, Principal, Raine & Horne Tin Can Bay.

“The fact that Clare is one of our best agents in Queensland is quite an effort as the median house price for Tin Can Bay is just $328,000 and there are fewer properties for sale here than in other markets,” Ms Creighton said.

“Clare was one of our group’s leading four agents for sales values and the number of sales last year and she prides herself on a strong work ethic, honesty and a can do attitude that is typical of Generation Y sales agents.

“I’ll admit that I was a little hesitant to give Clare a start in sales sight unseen five years ago given her relative youth. But now I’m an active recruiter of sales agents from the Millennial generation.”

Ms Creighton added that Raine & Horne Tin Can Bay has put in place excellent systems and processes to support its sales agents. “Winning awards is a team effort at our office.”

Dennis Wey, Joint Managing Director of Raine & Horne Beenleigh is absolutely thrilled that experienced sales agent Ann Vella is also among the Superbrand’s ten best agents based on the number of sales.

“Ann is no Joanie-come-lately and has been in sales for over 30 years including the last 13 with Raine & Horne Beenleigh,” noted Mr Wey. “This deep property market experience has convinced Ann that good old-fashioned service stands out as the most important aspect in building a respectful and loyal relationship with customers and clients.”

A long-term resident of Edens Landing, Ms Vella’s intimate knowledge of local market trends is a significant point of difference for the real estate A-lister, noted Mr Wey.

“Backed by the Raine & Horne Beenleigh team, Anna consistently delivers an exceptional standard of service based on truth, integrity and loyalty, and this approach has elevated her to the top of our industry in Queensland.”
