New developments driving positive 2017 start for Perth commercial property markets

Media Release - 14th February

Perth, WA. After one of the of the most challenging commercial property markets Perth has experienced in many years, 2017 is off to a stronger start with more developments and investments in the pipeline, according to Anthony Vulinovich, Co-Principal Raine & Horne Commercial WA.

“Leading the way is the industrial precinct of Canning Vale, in the city’s south, which is proving to be one of Perth’s commercial real estate hot spots,” said Mr Vulinovich.

“A number of significant industrial developments are currently under construction or in the pipeline within the highly regarded Swan Brewery Industrial Estate, including Canning Vale Commercial Centre, an ultra-modern and well-planned multi-unit development.”

Canning Vale Commercial Centre, which is due for completion in July 2017, will contain 24 commercial units including its own lunch bar.

“One of the terrific features of this development is the two street frontages, which provide complete drive through access for easy deliveries and traffic flow,” said Mr Vulinovich.

Selling agent Simon Matthews, Sales and Leasing Associate Raine & Horne Commercial WA, noted, the centre will offer a variety of unit sizes and configurations, with landscaped entries, ample on-site parking along with modern design features and great signage opportunities.

“With pricing from just $355,000 plus GST, the Commercial Centre will provide a great opportunity for mum and dad investors, small businesses and self-managed superfunds (SMSFs) to get a foot in the industrial property market,” said Mr Matthews.

The location of the commercial centre is strategically central, with a number of high profile national and international companies making Canning Vale Commercial Centre their Western Australian home.

“This factor will generate an increased customer base for businesses who establish themselves nearby,” said Mr Matthews.
