New potential office enquiries triple since launch of Raine & Horne franchise opportunity microsite

Media release - 20 April, 2012

Raine & Horne reports 300% hike in franchise enquiries

With reports of consolidations across the real estate industry, leading property group Raine & Horne reports a 300% hike in enquiries from prospective offices since it launched its new franchising microsite in February 2012.

“Since the website www.realopportunity.com.au went live two months ago, we have experienced a three-fold increase in enquiries from existing agencies and start-ups across the country who are looking to buy into the recently rebranded Raine & Horne franchise system,” says Angus Raine, CEO, Raine & Horne.

“The feedback we have received about our new branding and website has been extremely positive,” says Sean Green, Operations Manager, Raine & Horne.

“We’ve created our website to be fresh in design and informative in approach, making it very easy to navigate and enquire about the strong culture we have here at Raine and Horne.”

Mr Green is also confident the website will continue to be a success for Raine & Horne.

“Most of the enquiries we are receiving are from a mix of independent agencies, new start-up agencies and principals from other networks.

“In NSW alone, we expect to have between 15-20 new offices by the end of 2012 – most of whom would have enquired through the microsite.”

Mr Green attributes the significant increase in enquiries to Raine & Horne’s growing commitment to engaging with the experience within Raine & Horne’s 360 strong office network globally.

“When Raine & Horne rebranded in October 2011, we made a very conscious decision to pay attention to what current principals found important about our network,” says Mr Green.

“The majority of our principals said the level of support, training and networking delivered by Raine & Horne Corporate elevated our network above our competitors.”

Recent converts such as Sue and Geoff Tilden, Co-Principals of Raine & Horne Gosford, who switched from a major competitor after many years, support Mr Green’s views.

“From the very beginning, Raine & Horne gave us the tools, the advantage and the support we felt we needed to take us from being one of the largest property management agencies on the Central Coast, to a position of continued strength in all areas of our business,” says Geoff Tilden.

“We felt supported every step of the way through the process,” he adds.

Brett Hunter, Principal of Raine & Horne Avoca Beach and Terrigal believes the leading network has also helped his firm improve its bottom-line.

“After joining Raine & Horne, our business has expanded and developed. We now have two award winning offices at Terrigal & Avoca Beach,” says Mr Hunter.

Mr Hunter, who is also the deputy chair of the Real Estate Institute of NSW, adds, “Raine & Horne’s branding, support, recognition and technology helped our business grow without stress, and keeps us focused on closing deals and working with our clients.”
