Raine & Horne appoints IdeaWorks ad agency

IdeaWorks won the business after a competitive pitch that included two other boutique agencies.

The Sydney-based agency has several radio, online and targeted local press campaigns planned for the famous Raine & Horne superbrand.

The campaigns are set to start rolling in NSW and the ACT early in 2010.

A highly integrated campaign presentation got IdeaWorks over the line, according to Raine & Horne CEO, Angus Raine.

"IdeaWorks through its affiliate, the Property Agency, have a solid working knowledge of the real estate industry and the specialist needs of a major franchising network such as Raine & Horne," Mr Raine said.

"We are also impressed with IdeaWorks' broad range of marketing expertise and knowledge that we will be able pick and pull from on a needs basis.

"Their ideas are also in keeping with the traditional Raine & Horne 'We'll look after you' message."

Bob St. Julian from IdeaWorks said the focus would be on promotional activities delivered through radio, online and press communications that would attract vendors, buyers and investors.

"We're also seeking to provide a far more engaging type of advertising than the traditional information style advertising," Mr St. Julian said.

"This will involve generating targeted promotions that provide a greater connection with communities as well as taking a leap forwardinto the digital space."

Raine & Horne is an iconic Australian property firm, with more than 400 offices worldwide. Also an established Superbrand along with the likes of Qantas,Vegemite, Woolworths and Myer, the company has four distinct propertyservice brands including Raine & Horne Residential, Raine & Horne Commercial, Raine & Horne Financial Services and Raine &Horne Rural
