Raine & Horne appoints international real estate franchise expert to drive network growth in South Australia
Adelaide, SA (25 May 2018) It was announced today that James Trimble has been appointed to the role of General Manager, Raine & Horne South Australia, in a move to strengthen the Group’s position throughout the State.
In the network’s 135th year of operation, the appointment is set to boost Raine & Horne’s central growth strategy in developing the existing network as well as attracting new offices, salespeople and property managers to the Group.
“It’s fantastic to have someone with James’ diverse international experience at the helm of our South Australian network,” said Angus Raine, Executive Chairman, Raine & Horne Group.
“James has many years’ experience with a major real estate franchise network in the United Kingdom, where he achieved great success in development and growth.”
“Since coming on board with us in 2016, James has continued to impress with his extensive real estate and franchising knowledge, his ability to develop best business practices and improve productivity and efficiency,” noted Mr Raine.
Mr Raine believes that the real estate industry in South Australia, as elsewhere in the country, is currently undergoing a generational shift in the advent of digital technologies and that Mr Trimble’s exposure to the company’s cutting-edge products and services will be advantageous in his new role.
“James has embraced our network’s culture of innovation and has been a leading advocate for newly-launched products such as Raine & Horne’s exclusive social media marketing tool, Amplify, and DigiKit, a web-based appraisal platform.”
Due to commence his appointment in May, Mr Trimble is no stranger to South Australia, with his wife hailing from Adelaide.
“There’s a great opportunity to grow the Raine & Horne brand in South Australia, building on the Group’s presence that has been developed by Chris Weston and others over the past 20 years,” Mr Trimble stated.
“I’m delighted to be working alongside some outstanding principals to enhance brand presence in Adelaide and regional areas.”
“With continued investments in infrastructure, higher resource prices and property affordability there is plenty of potential for real estate businesses to flourish in the South Australian markets.”
