Raine & Horne is making its presence felt in Sydney’s flourishing Hills District with the launch of a new office in Baulkham Hills, which is already selling homes above market expectations.

Mr Root, a resident of Baulkham Hills since 2005, has already hit the ground running, securing a number of property sales above expectation.

“We recently sold a four bedroom, two bathroom property at 19 Governors Way, Oatlands, for $805,000, which is a great result as the property was listed at ‘offers above $775,000’.

Raine & Horne Baulkham Hills also listed 37 Hunterford Crescent, Oatlands, situated opposite the prestigious King's and Tara Schools, at ‘offers above $990,000’.

“We sold this stately four bedroom family home for more than $1.02 million,” says Mr Root.

The Baulkham Hills market is hot right now with buyers, says Mr Root, as a consequence of record low interest rates and the future potential impact of infrastructure improvements provided by the North West Rail Link.

“The North West Rail Link is driving enquiry, while access to quality local schools, shopping centres and the region’s family-friendly character are significant attractions with buyers,” says Mr Root.
