Raine & Horne Darwin’s assistant general manager, Ilyse Elphick, has landed the celebrated BDH Cup, an annual award recognising the best senior administrative officer involved with a real estate agency in Australasia, at the 2013 Real Estate Agency Best Practice Awards, held recently on the Gold Coast.

Since 2006, the award, which is presented by BDH & Co, a Sydney-based chartered accounting firm, has been won by some the brightest real estate specialists in Australia and New Zealand.

“Ilyse, who began her career in real estate in 1997 as a junior receptionist, ticks all the KPI boxes required to win this award,” says Mr Grantham.
