Raine & Horne expands Northern Beaches foothold with new Narrabeen office

Raine & Horne is continuing to build its strong profile in Sydney’s Northern Beaches property market, with the addition of Raine & Horne Narrabeen to its 360-strong network of real estate offices.

Located in a prominent position at 1318 Pittwater Road, Raine & Horne Narrabeen joins established Raine & Horne offices in Collaroy, Dee Why, Palm Beach, Freshwater, Seaforth and Manly.

Principal Paul McArthur said the strength of the Raine & Horne brand on the Northern Beaches made joining one of Australia’s leading property firms an easy decision.

“Raine & Horne has a great presence on the Northern Beaches, and when the opportunity to head up the new office at Narrabeen came along, I jumped at the chance,” Mr McArthur said.

Mr McArthur, who has lived in the area his whole life, said he planned to use his intimate market knowledge to the advantage of his clients.

“Having grown up in the area, I feel that I know it like the back of my hand, and with the addition of Raine & Horne’s market leading systems and training, our office is well placed to provide a great service to the Narrabeen property market.”

Indeed, homebuyers considering a Narrabeen home purchase have access to a variety of different homes, Mr McArthur said.

“For first home buyers looking for a unit, we have older-style one-bedroom properties for around $350,000, or brand new for $430,000.

“Those wanting a bit more can also buy established houses or brand new three bedroom units for prices around $800,000.”

Mr McArthur said Narrabeen was also great for buyers seeking a home in the upper echelons of the market, with exceptional multi-million dollar homes available close to the beach or fronting popular Ocean St.

However, he tagged Elanora Heights as a suburb to watch, where three bedroom family homes were available in the high $700,000s.

“Elanora Heights is a tightly held but highly sought after pocket of around 1700 homes, and when properties do come to market, they generally sell very quickly,” he said.

Away from the homebuyer market. Mr McArthur said renting was also a popular option for those seeking a home on the Northern Beaches.

“Narrabeen and the surrounding areas are popular with renters, and our rental vacancy rate is currently close to zero because tenancies tend to stay on the market less than a day before they are snapped up.”

Mr McArthur also nominated lifestyle as another reason why people found Narrabeen a great place to live.

“With the Narrabeen Lakes one side and the beach on the other, Narrabeen is a little oasis outside the CBD, but still not too far away.”

Raine & Horne CEO, Angus Raine, said the opening of Raine & Horne Narrabeen further cemented the leading property group’s status as a Superbrand in the Northern Beaches real estate market.

“I would like to congratulate Paul on establishing the Raine & Horne Narrabeen office, and I know his team will make a significant contribution to the Narrabeen property market with the Raine & Horne brand,” he said.
