Raine & Horne launches new marketing campaign


Raine & Horne has launched a brand advertising campaign in NSW and ACT, the first campaign designed for the company by The Property Agency, a specialist unit of Ideaworks.

The campaign features a series of vignettes that showcase Australian home buyers and sellers, investors and landlords, along with the role Raine & Horne plays in helping them achieve their real estate objectives. 
"Today, most people think of Raine & Horne as a great Australian real estate firm. We are certainly proud of our leadership in residential and commercial property sales and management as well as financial services, but when you consider Raine & Horne helps tens of thousands of owners, buyers and tenants in NSW and ACT every year as well as employing around 1,500 real estate professionals, there's still plenty that people can learn about Raine & Horne," said Angus Raine, CEO, Raine & Horne. 
The brand campaign introduces the theme line ‘You & You’ to communicate Raine & Horne’s focus on helping ‘each & every’ individual with his or her unique circumstances. It draws upon Raine & Horne’s heritage as an icon in Australian real estate.
"This is an assertive and creative brand campaign which will launch Raine & Horne perfectly into the new decade," said Mr Raine. 
"We decided the best way to reaffirm Raine & Horne’s position as the leading real estate company in NSW & ACT was to simply tell it like it is. But rather than focus on our broad range of real estate services, the campaign concentrates on what we make possible on behalf of our customers and clients."
The campaign, which includes radio and online media components, will run in Sydney and regional media across NSW and ACT. 
The first online banner ads ran over the weekend on www.realestate.com.au and www.domain.com.au. The first radio ads ran yesterday on Nova 96.9, Vega 93.3FM, 2GB 873AM and Mix 106.5 FM.
Property Agency Director, Bob St. Julian said it is advertising that will connect with Raine & Horne’s customers and clients. He added, “We are also seeking to provide a far more engaging style of communication than simply the traditional information based advertising.
“The ‘You & You’ marketing campaign will have excellent cut through with the audience beyond our 30 second recorded radio commercials via the extensions we have negotiated such as live reads and The Raine & Horne ‘Market Minute’,” said Mr St Julian.
