Raine & Horne links with Australian World Cup Superstars

Glenwood, NSW. In a major boost for football in Western Sydney, Raine & Horne Bella Vista has begun a five-year sponsorship of Glenwood Redbacks Soccer Club, one of the region’s most celebrated clubs.

The Redbacks have more than 60 teams and 800 players. Its over 35s team includes former Socceroo legends Jason Culina, Zeljko Kalic, Alex Tobin, Steve Corica, David Zdrilic  and Tony Popovic, current head coach of Western Sydney Wanderers.

“With this massive five-year sponsorship deal, Raine & Horne branding will be prominently displayed across the uniforms of hundreds of Redbacks players, around the team’s expansive sports ground and on their website,” said Angus Raine, Executive Chairman of Raine & Horne.  

As part of the sponsorship deal, Raine & Horne Bella Vista will build and manage a new website for the Redbacks to update players and supporters on the latest fixtures, results and news.

“This digital support represents a significant in-kind contribution from Raine & Horne Bella Vista to the ongoing success of the Redbacks,” said Mr Raine.

“Sponsoring the Redbacks and its Socceroo legends underlines the commitment of Raine & Horne Bella Vista to the local community and it’s dynamic real estate market, which is in one of Sydney’s fastest-growing corridors,” said Mr Raine.

The area’s thriving property market is supported by the M7 and M2, T-Way and the future North West Rail Link, together with Norwest Business Park, Norwest Private Hospital, shopping centres and schools, plus historic attractions such as Bella Vista Farm and Exeter Farm in Glenwood.

“Soccer is incredibly popular in the Bella Vista/Glenwood area, even our lead salesman Shiv Nair previously played with the Redbacks – although Shiv is not a former Socceroo.

Former Socceroos captain Alex Tobin and Redbacks defender, said it is tremendous that Raine & Horne supporting the Glenwood Redbacks.
