Raine & Horne opens new Avalon/Palm Beach office with family ties

Avalon, NSW (16 March 2018) Experienced local real estate professionals, Nina Sokolov, Slava Sokolov and Lara Rowell, are combining to return Raine & Horne to the prestige real estate markets of Palm Beach and Avalon.

The three directors joined forces two years ago with a combined wealth of experience and long history in the industry, individually specialising in residential and commercial sales, leasing, development, special projects and business sales.  

Ms Sokolov will lead the residential division at Raine & Horne Avalon Palm Beach, Mr Sokolov will head up property development and special projects and Ms Rowell, a former Raine & Horne employee, will continue to drive additional property services in the Avalon locale.

Family ties to Raine & Horne

“It’s a great family story with Lara’s father Denis McDonagh starting the first Raine & Horne office in Avalon more than 40 years ago,” Angus added.
