Raine & Horne opens new office in Armadale
Leading property group Raine & Horne has opened a new office in Armadale / Hillside, located at 188 Jull Street, Armadale.
The new office is set to add to Raine & Horne’s growing marketplace identity, a point confirmed by principal Mark Pattullo, who said that Raine & Horne was highly recognised in WA.
To confirm this statement the astute real estate professional, who has 26 years experience in the real estate industry, conducted a survey of more than 100 people before joining Raine & Horne.
“We asked respondents anonymously who they would choose to sell their house," Mr Pattullo said.
"Raine & Horne scored well so I was excited to be joining a brand that was dedicated solely to real estate.
“As a franchise owner, your focus is 100% on real estate, and this is something that Raine & Horne provides us.
“Our previous brand took us away from residential real estate and concentrated on the lifestyle properties in the area, so we lost market share.
“However Raine & Horne brings us solidly back into the residential market and increases the marketing aspect to residential clients," he said.
Already the move is proving successful for Mr Pattullo, who reports that Raine & Horne Armadale/Hillsdale has secured a good number of listings across a broad range of property types.
“We have over 50 listings right now, ranging from lifestyle properties to affordable apartments. Two-bedroom, one-bathroom units within walking distance of the town centre, start from $210,000.”
The region’s affordability is also catching the eye of savvy investors, especially given Armadale's popularity with tenants. (City of Armadale website)
“With major government services and a direct train line into the Perth CBD, Armadale is a renter’s paradise, which makes it ideal for investors as well,” Mr Pattullo said.
In further good news for investors, the recent re-zoning of the inner Armadale area provides future potential for higher-density developments and strata options.
“The resale value of these properties has previously held people back from selling, but as the market kicks off again, within the next 12 months we’ll start to see an increase in sales values.”
Raine & Horne WA CEO Mark Sinclair said he was excited by the prospect of working with Mark Pattullo and the team at Raine & Horne Armadale / Hillside.
“I’m sure that Mark and the team will continue to make a significant contribution to the property market with the Raine & Horne brand in Western Australia,” he said.
