Raine & Horne scores quinella with new Ascot facility and expanded corporate team

Media release - 23rd July, 2015

Leading real estate Superbrand Raine & Horne has moved its corporate office in Queensland to a bespoke commercial location in Ascot, a booming inner suburb of Brisbane.

Famous as the home of Eagle Farm and Doomben Racecourses, the new corporate office in Ascot is a response to Raine & Horne’s massive growth in Queensland over the last 18 months and will enable the firm to service its expanding residential and commercial networks in Queensland, according to Executive Chairman, Angus Raine.

The company has also expanded its corporate team with the appointment of renowned real estate specialist Alastair Kay to its Queensland business support and development team.

“Ascot is just six kilometres from the Brisbane CBD and it will enable us to target the Brisbane metropolitan area, which is set for exponential growth as real estate markets across the Queensland capital continue to increase,” says Mr Raine.

Raine & Horne’s franchise administration and training teams in Queensland will be headquartered at the new facility, and it will be a focal point for the real estate firm’s entire office network in Queensland.

“The new corporate office at Level 1, 153 Racecourse Road, Ascot, will provide our expanding Queensland network with state-of-art training facilities and a landmark business support centre providing the very latest corporate hot-desking facilities for those agents requiring support when meeting with clients,” says Mr Raine.

“The opening of our new corporate facility is a very positive development for Raine & Horne, which launched in Queensland in 1982, and once again underlines that we are very serious about building our reach in the state.”

The new Ascot office provides Raine & Horne with more space to immediately expand its industry-leading corporate team.

“We have appointed a new Business Support and Development Manager, Alastair Kay, who has enjoyed a successful and broad-ranging real estate career in sales and management in Brisbane and regional Queensland over the past 20 years,” says Mr Raine.

“Alastair has developed and delivered sales training packages, systems and processes to hundreds of sales agents and business owners, both in Australia and overseas, and he will prove a significant asset as we continue to expand our brand in Queensland.”

Mr Kay says he is looking forward to working with the Raine & Horne Queensland corporate team and contributing to the continued success of the brand across Queensland and Australia.
