Rockingham rolls out new Raine & Horne office

Raine & Horne is making good on plans to expand its WA operations, with the opening of the first of a planned 20 new offices in the state over the next three years.

With the launch of Raine & Horne Rockingham Beach, the leading real estate group has extended its presence in the popular seaside town of Rockingham, joining Raine & Horne’s Rockingham & Suburbs office.

Raine & Horne Rockingham Beach principal Paul Curran, who has owned and operated a real estate business locally for over 20 years, said switching to Raine & Horne made sense.

“Raine & Horne’s market presence, with its mix of residential, commercial and rural brands, gives it the ability to reach a wide range of customers, and this was critical to the decision to establish Raine & Horne Rockingham Beach,” Mr Curran said.

“Also, Raine & Horne’s technology is second to none, and this allows us to work more efficiently and give a better service to our clients.”

Indeed, the recently-launched Raine & Horne Rockingham website includes properties for sale that have been listed by Raine & Horne Rockingham Beach, as well as sister office Raine & Horne Rockingham & Suburbs.

“This is a benefit to homebuyers because it provides a single point of reference for Rockingham real estate, which means we can offer buyers a broader range of properties.

“Also, vendors will receive double the exposure for their property listing because it is advertised across the two offices,” Mr Curran said.

Fittingly, more homebuyers are now turning to Rockingham as they seek an escape from the city lights of Perth.

“We are located only 45 minutes by car or train south from Perth, but Rockingham offers access to great beaches, shopping, restaurants and wineries, all without the big city feel,” Mr Curran said.

Mr Curran says for around $300,000, buyers can secure a three bedroom, one bathroom home, while $340,000 will purchase a great four bedroom, two bathroom house.

“There has also been more interest in homes priced between $550,000 and $700,000, which indicates upgraders are on the move,” Mr Curran noted.

“In fact, we even recently sold a home two streets from the beach for a price of $885,000."

Raine & Horne CEO Angus Raine said the opening of Raine & Horne Rockingham Beach was another boost to Raine & Horne’s expansion plans in WA, following the appointment of Business Support & Development Manager Peter Arscott in March.

“I would like to congratulate Paul Curran on his hard work and continued dedication to Rockingham real estate. We are genuinely pleased to have him on board.

“Now, with the support of the Raine & Horne brand, we hope to make an even greater contribution to the local property market and the Rockingham community,” Mr Raine said.
