Routine inspections are carried out regularly after a tenant moves in to ensure the property is well maintained and to identify any required repairs. You'll receive a report after each inspection, and we’ll contact you if any issues need discussion.
Tenants must meet our screening criteria based on rental history, employment, income, and references. Only applicants who’ve viewed the property are considered. Your Property Manager will recommend suitable applicants, but final approval is yours.
Just let your Property Manager know. They’ll connect you with our sales team for a free, no-obligation appraisal.
You decide how involved you'd like to be. We can notify you of all repairs or act on your behalf. You're welcome to nominate preferred trades. For urgent after-hours issues, tenants can arrange emergency repairs under their lease. All our trades are qualified and insured for your peace of mind.
Presentation matters. Well-maintained homes attract better tenants and higher rents. Consider your ideal tenant — some expect premium condition and will pay for it. Clean, tidy, and well-presented properties reduce vacancy and maximise returns.
Minimising vacancy is our priority. Your Property Manager will assess current market conditions, recommend the best strategy, and aim to secure a quality tenant quickly.
We use a tailored marketing approach to attract the right tenant:
