Sailing ace teams up with Raine & Horne

Former IBM executive and long-distance sailor Sharron Denby, who competed in the 2013/14 Clipper Round the World Yacht Race with ‘Team Garmin’, is partnering with Raine & Horne to launch a new office in Wellington Point, in Brisbane’s south east.

Miss Denby will operate Raine & Horne Wellington Point from an office in the busy Horizon Shopping Centre, which is located on the corner of Allenby Road and Old Cleveland Road East, Wellington Point.

“Horizon Centre is a high-visibility location that comes with  free parking and other well-entrenched anchor tenants, including a very busy IGA, Nando’s, Baskin Robbins, and a collection of GP, dentist, physiotherapy and podiatry practices,” said Angus Raine, CEO and Executive Chairman of Raine & Horne.

“I have owned a few businesses in the past and enjoyed a very successful sporting career playing field hockey at a high level in England, as well as clocking up over 90,000 nautical miles in long distance ocean yacht sailing.
